Who or What is Behind all This?:
The L-ians:
We are a nomad civilization of wristband artisans. We have travelled through space since ever, visiting other planets, and making wristband collections inspired in their civilizations. We just visited a belt of asteroids where people have 12 arms each; we made great business because of that, and decided to celebrate it with minimun prices for your planet.
We arrived to Earth not long ago, we set our Headquarters in Prague, and since then we have been sending secret missions all over your planet, to collect drawings and expressions for our first Earth collection of L-bands, which was officially released in December 2008.
We have allied with a team of young human professionals, who help us produce and commercialize the L-bands.
Mainly, we are in this planet to make friends.
The Humans:
We are a bunch of friends, mostly from Spain, but also from other european countries. Some time ago, while suffering the post-Erasmus syndrome, we were thinking what to do with our souls; trying to take a responsible decission while avoiding the suits and the ties, when some extraterrestrial beings hired us for the mission of our lifes: to help them bring the L-bands into Earth.
We were cautious in the beginning - after all, things like this aren't easy to believe, even when they happen to you - but soon we started to love the project and gladly took the mission, with all its challenges.
So far we have helped the Elians set their headquarters on Earth (creating the company, registering trademarks, finding a factory, etc..), and we had the chance to participate in the design of the first Earth collection of L-bands, meant to be a celebration of the beauty, diversity and the (sometimes) good sense of humor of our planet.

The mission of this website is to serve as a virtual embassy for the inhabitants of L-planet on the Internet, and a platform for the planetary commercialization of their original creation: the L-bands.
Honesty, transparency and good alien vibrations are the least you can expect from us as our customer. We will never share your private details with anybody.

Prices/Availability:
Our prices are displayed in EUR and include the legal value added tax.
Each L-band costs 3 EUR.
All recipients of international shipments from L-bands.com (outside the European Union) are responsible for any local import duties or customs fees that may be charged.
Availability information for the products in our shop is listed under each item. However, as we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any items you order turn out to be unavailable, or their delivery will be delayed due to any reasons.
Buying:
When you place an order to purchase any product from L-bands.com, we will accept the order once the payment is confirmed. Any products ordered in our webshop do not form part of the contract untill paid.
Payment:
L-bands.com currently accepts PayPal and credit cards ( MAESTRO / MASTERCARD / VISA / VISA ELECTRON ).
Alternatively, direct payment by bank wire into our bank account is available for Spain and Czech Republic.
We are a licensed corporation, and a verified PayPal account holder.
Shipping:
If not stated otherwise, all goods are in stock and all orders will be sent out the next workday.
Currently we use Czech Post Priority Mail as our main delivery service. It goes to your home by plane.
From the moment you place an order, it normally takes a week worldwide, for the order to arrive to your postbox. If you have not received it after two weeks, something probably went wrong. In that case please write us to saywhat@L-bands.com and we will find a solution.

Returns:
15 Days without questions:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return it for a full refund within fiveteen days of your receipt of the product. Unless it is defective, the item must be in unused re-saleable condition with its original packaging. You will be credited for your full purchase less our initial shipping charge. Additionally, you are responsible for the shipping costs of your return.
